Traditional fresh dry plucked turkeys from a farm in Staffordshire. These birds are free range and perfect if you love a traditional Christmas roast. Boneless turkey breast joints, no bones, no dark meat, just tender breast meat wrapped in bacon for extra juiciness and flavour. These can be stuffed if preferred with our homemade apricot, cranberry or sage and onion stuffing. Free range geese are also available, reared in Sandon, Stafford.
