M Mottershead butchers supplies all the local community including Baswich, Weeping Cross, Wildwood, Brocton, Milford, Holmscroft, Walton on the hill, Saxonfields and other surrounding areas.

By selecting the finest locally sourced meats in carcase form it enables us to have full control of the hanging (maturing) of the meat on the bone for fantastic succulent flavour and superbly tender meat. Another advantage with having whole carcases is that it allows our skilled butchers to use traditional and modern methods of butchering to offer you the complete choice of any cut of meat you may need.
